20.00pm : You are invited to our restaurant to enjoy your dinner prepared with what you have created

- Tart with tomatoes and pistou sauce (entirely realized)
- Fowl cooked with tapenade and « panisse » (fowl realisation) - Lemon tart with meringue (assembly realisation)

2. ITALIA

- Gnocchis pasta ricotta cheese with tomatoes and olives (gnocchis realisation) - Strozzapreti/tuna and sesaonal vegetables (strozzapreti realisation)
- Tiramisu (entirely realized)

3. SPAIN

- Spanish « coca »: a Chef’s speciality (realisation in its entirety)
-Fillet of sea bream cooked on its skin and paëlla cooked with Mediterranean

vegetables /sweet aiolli (paëlla realisation)
